The Federal Agency for Financial Market Stabilisation (FMSA) has appointed Jan Bettink and Klemens Breuer as new members of the Supervisory Board of FMS Wertmanagement. Jan Bettink is Chairman of the Board of Management of Berlin Hyp and President of the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks. Klemens Breuer is Member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank International in Vienna.
The other members of the Supervisory Board are Dr. Christopher Pleister, Chairman of the Steering Committee of FMSA, Professor Dr. Harald Wiedmann, Lawyer, Rita Geyermann, Head of Asset Management KfW Group and Dr. Andreas Ricker, Head of Strategy at Bundesrepublik Deutschland Finanzagentur GmbH.
Jan Bettink has been elected as FMS Wertmanagement’s new Supervisory Board Chairman.
FMS Wertmanagement was founded in 2010 with the aim of winding up risk positions and non-strategic operations of the Hypo Real Estate Group. Via the Financial Market Stabilisation Fund SoFFin the German Federal Republic is the owner of FMS Wertmanagement.
